There are groups and activities for all in the Delamere Forest Circuit.
There is a thriving Wesley Guild at the Hurst, Kingsley. They meet monthly and each meeting tries to be entertaining, thought provoking, inspiring or just good fun. There is a Winter Fellowship Group at Blakelees which meets monthly September to March. Everyone is welcome.
There are Men's Groups at Helsby and Frodsham. The Frodsham Group meets on a Monday morning at 11am for fellowship often with a visiting speaker.
There are Ladies Groups at Helsby and Frodsham that meet fortnightly or monthly with a speaker on a wide variety of topics. There is something to interest everybody.
Women's Fellowships meet regularly across the Circuit at Tarvin, Helsby, Frodsham, the Hurst, Bunbury and Tiverton. The Sisterhood meets at Kelsall. They all welcome new members at their meetings which include speakers on many different subjects.
Methodist Women in Britain (Network) meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 2.30pm.
There are groups for children across the Circuit. There are the Barney's Buddies Toddler groups at Kelsall (Thursday 10am till 12) and the Hurst (Tuesday 9.30am till 11.30am) with Splash at Tarvin (Wednesday 10.30am till 12). There are Muddles and Church Mice at Helsby and the Toddler Group at Frodsham (Thursday). Messy Mice meet at Frodsham fortnightly on a Monday at 9.30am. There is a group for slightly older children at Tarvin with Creative Kids as well as the Circuit Youth Fellowship which meets on a Sunday night at the manse in Helsby.
On the first Wednesday of the month at 11.30am at Helsby there is a short (half hour) mid-week service to which everyone is welcome. (Coffee from 10am)
Cafe Church happens at the Hurst, Kingsley (3rd Wed of the month 8pm)and has also begun at Ashton. (See What's on and Ashton pages)
